New Challenge at Anything Goes Challenge Blog....Father's Day

Hi All,
There is a new challenge waiting for you over at Anything Goes Challenge Blog!! Yes it's that time again. Challenge 94 is for you to create a special something for Father's Day. I know male cards can be difficult so pop over to the blog and see what has been created by the Design Team, they have made some super cards, then come and join us too and enter your makes!! You can join the fun HERE.
Here is mine for the challenge, actually I have made this for my son to give to his Dad!
I matted and layered the base card and then used the Cog Heart and Clockwork border masks from Splodge Away and aged Mahogany distress ink to make the next layer. The images I have had in my stash for a while, they are from Kanban, they were also coloured slightly with the ink, and then positioned.
Hope he likes it!!!!!!
N.B. The challenge will run for one more week for this theme...only until Monday 17th June ..I was late posting this. Have got all my weeks muddled up....what's new.
Hope you enjoyed seeing this one and remember, if you need to top up your crafty stash......then pop over to the Craft Den, which has a host of great products!!
Bye for now and Happy Crafting
Carol xx

I would like to enter this card dedicated to my Dad who passed away 18 yrs ago and whose birthday falls on Father's Day this year! Miss you Dad !

  3. Love the use of the gears stencil for the background layer. It suits the train image beautifully and adds subtle texture and colour. The sentiments are wonderful choices. Thanks for joining our Father's Day/Masculine card challenge at Craft Your Passion. I hope we see you again soon.
